i've realized lately that my artistic drive has been pretty much nil. it's frustrating to say the least. and then ironically enough while i was reading a book today i got this image in my head for a piece and tonight when i sat down to sketch it out i suddenly had all these ideas on what i wanted to do but i was missing one vital piece: modge podge. the stuff is amazing and i've been meaning to buy some for ever...and now i have to sit here...ANXIOUSLY awaiting the beginning of my new piece and i have to wait...till i've got some extra cash..to buy some. oh the humanity. :p

in other news i'm enjoying reading sex god by rob bell. the majority of you who don't know rob bell or haven't heard of the book most likely have an eye brow raised quite high right now. well let me assure you this isn't some freak book. it's actually quite good and it approaches sexuality about far more than just "sex". it's a refreshing read and it continues the cycle of God flipping my brain upside down. i love it so much. i love feeling like my brain is wide open to pick up these crazy signals He's putting out :]. but i'm going to wait till i've got the book finished till i add my commentary.
